Online Admission

Courses – Eligibility and Fee Structure  of RCE Roorkee

1. B.Tech 

Eligibility: A minimum of 45% overall in 10+2 (or 40% for students from reserved categories) is required.

Fee Structure: ₹1.05 Lakhs (1st Year Fees).

2. M.Tech 

Eligibility: B.E./B.Tech from an accredited university. Got a good GATE/UKSEE score.

Fee Structure: ₹80,000 (1st Year Fees)

3. BBA 

Eligibility: A minimum of 45% overall in 10+2 (or 40% for students from reserved categories) is required.

Placement at Roorkee College of Engineering [RCE Roorkee]

The Roorkee College of Engineering conducts placements through the training and placement (T&P) cell. The training and placement cell of the college has inked MOUs with corporate associations of Uttarakhand like Bhagwanpur Industries Association (BIA), State Industrial Development Corporation of Uttarakhand Limited (SIDCUL), etc. to give students the finest employment possibilities available. The training and placement cell of Roorkee College of Engineering organizes workshops, seminars, and conferences regularly to help students develop their soft skills and communication abilities. The training and placement unit invites guest lecturers to ensure that students are conversant with the business culture. RCE Roorkee placement campaigns attract participation from about 350 businesses each year. Additionally, the T&P cell offers short-term courses.

According to the Roorkee College of Engineering’s 2019–20 placement report, the institution earned a 100% success rate for postgraduate placements. The median income offered to the 36 qualified PG students who were placed was INR 3,50,00 per year.

Roorkee College of Engineering [RCE Roorkee] Scholarship for Meticulous Students 

The Roorkee College of Engineering has offered to accept corpus funds as a goodwill gesture. In honor of his father, Shri Ramesh Chandra, and mother, Smt. Laxmi Mittal, Professor Satyendra Mittal, head of the Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Civil Department in Roorkee, established a corpus fund in the amount of INR 51,000. This fund will be used to reward students who achieve the highest grades in the foundation engineering subject. Two scholarships named the “RAMESH CHAND MEMORIAL AWARD” and “LAXMI MITTAL MEMORIAL AWARD” were established by the institution in honor of his parents, together with a corpus fund of INR 51,000 in the form of an FDR. The medal with the scholarship money is given out each year at the Utkarsh annual ceremony to the student who earned the highest marks. According to Roorkee College of Engineering, financial hardship shouldn’t stand in the way of any student who has creative ideas and a strong desire to succeed academically.

 A variety of scholarships are provided to continuing students to motivate them to achieve academic achievement. Subject to passing all of the required courses for any semester on the first attempt, all students who get 75% or higher in any semester are given an academic excellence award of INR 5,000 (regardless of the number of students).
